206 loses control while hover-taxiing, wind from rear left - here.
Enstrom 280 suffers loose exhaust pipe from turbo, lands from hover without more damage - here.
R44 wire strike in a valley - only noticed after (normal) landing - here.
Edit: I would have dug out the 'original threads' for these incidents, but as far as I can remember, there were none. Thankfully this is another 'injury-lite' month.

There's also the report (towards the top of the list) into the failure of a coupling shaft in a Twin Squirrel - report here - which left the engine attached at just one mounting point.
