US FAA Special Emphasis Inspection of EMS Operators

This link will take you to the FAA Inspector's Handbook where the procedures to be undertaken for the Special Emphasis Inspection of US EMS Operators is set forth.

Unless I have missed something....all I read is the word "One" as in "once" for each type of inspection or audit. They are getting aggressive here are they not?
