Don't Drink and Fly Reminder.

Invitation to a FlyIn in Mexico, and at the bottom of the invitation you have the warning telling pilots . . . . .

"NO ALCOHOL OR LOW FLYBY'S"!

That has to be a classic!

Good advice. As we used to say in the airforce, at the end of our formation briefing: "No wazzing, no crashing!"

Unfortunately NOT heeded by a certain pilot at Pirmasens, southern Germany, in the early 1980s. During a military Heli-meet he tried to fly his Blackhawk at 90 degrees of bank between two hangars. Failed completely on the "between" part. Hit the hangar wall. Survived but got to "spend more time with his family" back in the USA shortly afterwards.
