Can anyone shed any light on the rumour about pilots change of good will on the north sea from April the first?

It's only that, a rumour. I am led to believe that for anything official to take place, the members of BALPA must be balloted and the companies management made aware of any such action. If the BALPA union members were seen to incite industrial action without due cause and process, the companies would have the right to take legal action against the union and those taking action.

However, if we all decided not to work our days off, that would not be withdrawing goodwill or any other form of industrial action. We would be doing exactly as we are rostered to do, that is HAVE A DAY OFF!
