Arrow Problems at Scotia/Shannon ?

A friend was interested in possibly joining Scotia in Ireland, but has picked up vibes/ rumours from some of the guys there, that everything is not 'A' ok. Nobody would tell him exactly what the problem was, as they all clammed up when asked - they seemed frightened to say anything.
The grapevine has it that not everyone agrees with the local manager - as he is apparently not easy to get on with.
Can anyone throw any light on this one ??

I've heard that rumour too but don't know the cause of the unhappiness.
I know that they've had trouble keeping pilots and that several have resigned recently but I put that down to poor pay and pilots moving to fixed wing world.

Unhappy

I live justup the road, and have heard nothing yet.
I'll do some scouting & see what I can find.

Question

Does that boil down to the typical british attitude "we can't call an Arshole an Arshole?"
