Perth EMS

I have heard various bits & pieces about companies staring up a HEMS in Perth WA. Something about a 'Black Swan Rescue Service' ?? Is that the Mr. Roberts one?

I'm intersted to hear other views on the subject.....

RotorWest is the proposal from Mr.Roberts. I think 'Black Swan' is a Ch 7 + others????
