Conversion ATPL (A) to CPL(H)

Although I have most the relevant papers from the CAA they are not the most readable forms of information.

Can somebody please tell me what written examinations a 7000 hour ATPL(A)would have to sit in order to be granted a CPL(H).The CAA talk of a bridging examination but dont explain what that is.
