Respected journo visiting NOLA, looking to highlight Katrina operations

Folks,

David Lombardo, who writes for Aviation International News, is planning to drive down to Houston and New Orleans to cover the on-going post-Katrina relief efforts from an industry perspective. As those who know David will attest, he's a 'good guy' in journo terms, and will I'm sure be looking to highlight the achievements of the civil and military crews who have been working around the clock.

David is looking for any pointers as to what to cover, both with regards to the on-going relief effort and with respect to the impact of Katrina on the area's existing helicopter operations (FBOs, GoM ops, etc.).

If you know of anyone who deserves or might appreciate coverage, please contact David via email at [email protected].

Thanks.
