info about AS 365 accident ?

I have heard on french news yersterday morning, of a marine pilots helicopter crash, offshore le Havre harbor in France. Believed to be an AS 365N3 with 2 crews on board, no survivor.
Any other new on that ?

Dauphin N3 from Le Havre, 2 fatalities, don't know the names, probably lost control in the fog.
