Post Redhill Crash

Can anyone shed any light on the helicopter crash at Redhill, 6th Sept? Internal rumours say that the student, on his 2nd solo had the engine quit at about 40 feet and dropped to the ground as he had no time to initiate an auto? Believe he was only badly shaken.

Any more details? Type? School?
