World's greatest instructor
We were awake anyway watching and old The Saint movie when the phone rang around 10:30 Friday night. My R22 instructor cancelling our lesson for 9 the next morning so I rescheduled for Sunday morning.
Sunday morning he shows up an hour late, and with someone resembling a fifty year old hooker. They'd obviously gotten very little sleep Saturday night and when Frank and I returned an hour and a half later from training she was asleep/passed out on the couch. He's obviously a hard-charging, living-by-the-seat-of-his-pants kinda guy. The kind of flight instructor I aspire to be one day. Only still married to the same person.

Aspiring to fly an R-22 at his age (unless the bimbo was older) is not something folks should look forward to. Use the R-22 if you must to get your ratings, then fly something nice, Sikorsky (for Nicks Benefit and Retirement package), Bell, Eurocopter AND never admit you were in a Robbie.
