PPL(A) to PPL(H) conversion in Austria

Spoke to an Autrian Heli student last week and she mentioned that the requirement to convert from a PPL plank flyer to a heli licence is 20 hours?

Heli rental seems a little cheaper over there also

Anyone have any knowledge of this
