Hi T4,

you're capable of reading german?
http://www.delvag.de/index_l_g.php?idlang=3&idart=175

The insurance company works together with albatros, which works together with Lufthansa.

I have my insurance there, especial worked out for my needs - and the money isn't wasted, I get some back, when I reach my pensionage....

Greetings

Try BALPA if you are a member, or join! They have a good program that covers N. Sea.

Have a look online

Good luck,

Life/ Critical Insurance for North sea pilots

Hi Folks,
Anyone recommend a good company that can provide Life insurance and Critical illness for north sea Heli pilots.
Just had a comprehensive quote that due to occupation increased the premium from £45/ month to about £190/ month. OUCH!!!!!

have heard generally good things about IFALPA but have no personal experience, no profit for IFALPA themselves allegedly.

BALPA do a reasonable one for a male early thirties north sea pilot £220,000 cover non smoker etc £70/month roughly.

I have loked at many companies on this and this seems to be about the best.

Loss of licence cover?

Happy New Year to all those who while their hours away surfing from page to page on PPRUNE.
Just wondering if anyone has any top tips on who might be the most cost effective company to approach regarding loss of licence insurance? It's purely for me as an individual and not as part of a company structuring.

Cheers guys
