Over a 100 Rescues above 21,000' highest landing was 25,800' not much tea & cookies up there

I heard of a hiller or 47, going way up high on everest back in the 60's or 70's. it was over 20,000' not sure how high, up on a glacier somewhere, i think there is a picture of it floating around somewhere.
