Anyone flown in Suriname/Fr. Guyana??

I'm working on a project to take place in Suriname and French Guyana, planning a visit in June/July. I would appreciate any information on helicopter ops there, local aviation authorities, licence requirements etc

Whatever you're doing down there, make sure its in a twin. Its triple layer canopy, and if you go down the only thing that'll find you are the jaguars and the snakes.
