North Wales Chief Constable

Last evening we saw the said Hater of all things automobile state with quite a straight face that his force will be entering the realms of big business in order to generate profit to allow him more money from profit to spend on more things of a Police nature.

Indeed we did see a very low alt shot of North Wales Police using one of their cars to train a driver from another Force( for which they will be paid, hence profit generation).

My Question is, Can we look forward to Thomas Coupling starting up some sort of training School using North Wale Police hardware, and if so how much per hour will be charged??

I get it.

He is training drivers to test their vehicles to the limit and hone their skills (at 159 mph?) to generate more money to buy more speed cameras, which will generate more money to invest in fast cars in order to carry out more driver training, which.....

Seems like he has discovered the perpetual motion machine.

Hey TC,

That must be a darn good Box Brownie, the additional effects of rotor blown spray from the Res/lake made it seem that you were almost down amongst it!!
