Found this on ebay.

It's the line that says "great for clubbing or whatever" !!!

Sizing. I am 5' 10" with 32 waist and 38/40 chest. Pants are slightly loose on me and I guess they will best fit 33" waist. Buttons for braces are fitted to the trousers to accomodate smaller sizing.

That counts most dimensionally challenged ppruners out then !

I'm sure that it is a German police motorcyclist outfit from the photos; not that I'm an expert on leather gear!
