Do you fly G-MGWI?

Some nice shots available of you off the pad at Turnberry last weekend if you'd like to see them?

PM me if you'd like a look

Turnberry

Long way off your patch, or just using a long lens, with the long-arm of the Law!!!

Ah, Sycamore, you old dog of the skies. How are you?

Nope, not a long lens, just a visit to a fine establishment that I can ill-afford. (no Jokes about coppers on the take please - bit of a sensitive subject over here at present) Money well spent though - thoroughly recommended! Decided not to do the Robbo thing though. The very sight of the amount of tail boom oscillation on the pad gave me the willies.

That is of course, a personal thing. I don't do Robinsons, but the whole thing looked very professional. Lots of smiling faces and more converts to the cause!

Won't be a Jurby this year Sycamore. Unfortunately booked to see mother in Menorca that week. Will pay more attention to my diary next time.

If you get chance, visit the Military forum and add your best wishes to His Exellency's retirement thread

You could try phoning the Owner on the number found using a combination of G-INFO and www.bt.co.uk

Cheers

Isn't MGWI one of these retro fitted Hydraulic Astro's?

I hope it was on a private flight, as the last time I saw it there were no floats fitted and I'm sure you have to cross some water to get to the Isle of Arran...!

...can everybody swim....
