conversion

Hi

I have fairly reciently passed my CPL(H) in NZ and have also got my Aussie CPL(H) for a small additional fee.
Basically ( leaving aside visa issues) i want to know what is involved in converting my lisence to that of the FAA variety.
As part of the NZ CPL i have done night, sling, low level and mountain in the 152Hrs, do any of these get carried over on completion of FAA conversion?
How much am i looking at to convert?
Are there limits to where it can be done?
How long is it likely to take?
Would i have to declare at the boarder that i intend to fly?
Can the exams be done in other countries and credited on sucessful conversion flight?
Or can the lot be done in the UK as can be done the other way round(ie JAA in USA)?

Or at 152Hrs am i just kidding myself, with reguards to employment?

Or should i get my JAA? or is that a waste of time at 152Hrs? ( i suspect so)

If anyone can help it will be greatly appriceated
