NAH, I reckon he will get off by using the defence of `trying to avoid a fishstrike with `flying fish`..!
Many years ago ,some of these gentlemen were trained at various RAF Flying Training schools, and `Sheik Yamoney` was sent out one night on a solo sortie--got a bit lost around the perimeter track in an old wartime revetment; so he doesn`t tell ATC, laves the jet and legs it back to the Mess. ATC send a search party,as there is no answer to their calls and find the missing a/c, but no pilot.. Eventually, the Instructor goes to his room in the Mess, finds student in bed who claims not to have been in the a/c ! ` Okay , Sheik, can you explain why you have mud on the carpet, and why you are wearing boots and flying-suit in bed??

Helicopters are flown in the same manner as Land Cruisers on Sheik Zayed Road.
