FAA IR to JAA IR

I'm currently in an ATPL(H) distance learning course and plan to convert the frozen ATPL(H). I hold a FAA CPL(H) and IR(H). My question is do I have to do a full IR course for the JAA IR or is there a conversion course for the instrument portion.
