Cant get rotor and wing.

Can anyone out there tell me how to get a regular supply of the free subscription to Rotor@ Wing. After my initial application some years ago at Helitec UK, copies arrived for twelve months or more without a problem, and then nothing. I have completed the "do you wish to continue" form, emailed etc, any suggestions. Before someone says it, no i dont want to pay for it, and yes my occupation would suggest i qualify for a freebee. I've had the same problem in the past. If Rotor & Wing wasn't free I would never consider buying it. The magazine is just a shadow of what it once was.
