Does anyone have any video footage of the Blue Eagles doing their aerobatics routine?

you will need real player and the quality and size are not brilliant, shame really they are an excellent display team.

Cool Blue Eagles video

I just received a few videos from Tourist, all very large DVD files which need a lot of compression work. This one of the Blue Eagles is too good to keep, so I've managed to get it down to (only) 99mb for the time being. Maybe put the computer on download overnight, but it's worth it

DCVC,
Maybe in your computer settings, or your ISP may have a download cutoff?

Or you may simply be running out of disk space - if you're running IE, check the free space available to the Temporary Internet Files folder.

I suspect the ISP scenario (not private!)

Thanks; the first 2 minutes and 38 seconds are great anyway!

Nice clip!

Joker's Wild:
I had problems with the claud.ax codec crashing my windows media player.
It's a Cyberlink PowerDVD audio codec , so with the PowerDVD player I can watch the clip.

skydriller:
Yes strange video size...

It would be nice to have a video from the spanish Aspa Team to link here also

Just seen the vid and i must it was pretty impressive. I never got to hitch a ride during the displays but i did get to partake in the massed smash at m/wallop a few times.
I needed an mpeg2 codec to play this on media player or real player you can download it free if you need it here.

Any thoughts,

Helidriver,

Select the Blue Eagles file, right click, and select "Save target as", then download to your selected directory.

The video is widescreen 16:9 format, and anyone with Windows Media Player V10 shouldn't have any trouble with codecs.

VFR pilot,

Peter, the file may still be in your Temporary Internet Files: Documents & Settings, your user name Directory, Local Settings, Temporary Internet Files directory. There may be some sub directories, you'll have to have a search thruogh them. Good luck

John, any chance you can host it on a faster server - my broadband connection will take 1.1mbps but that video is coming through at 10kbps.

Crab,

John's server should be fine. Mine's managing to come through at 78kbps...

Regards,

B73

Edited to add: Try downloading 'Download Accelerator Plus'. It can really help to speed things up...
