Unhappy License conversion

I hold a Canadian ATPL-H with IFR, night and instructor ratings and a total of 4060 hrs.
I am interested in getting any JAA equivalent, does anybody know
how and where I can do this?

14 written exams and a commercial and instrument checkride and you have yourself a prestigious JAA ATPL, what a bargain!

All the licensing answers for the UK at least are held in this file
