Entry into IFR Rotary Industry ?

I am australian pilot with 3500 fixed wing hours, IFR-A rated with 450 instrument, Hold Fixed Wing ATPL, a bare Rotary CPL (70 hours), ATPL-H subjects, 31 y/o.

What is the recommended avenue for entry, i.e. minimum hours that would be required before Jayrow, Bristow or CHC would look at me for Co-Pilot ?.

Have no problem doing bush time as has been required for fixed wing world, based in Cairns QLD, Thanks in advance.
