there is an AD out on the tailboom antenna area.

Ad calls for a paste, its called Pentrox A13. cheapest by FAR is an electrical wholesalers vs manufacturer.
I got it for about 20 dollars. OE is 800 or more.
I think they refer to it as Pene A 13 in the catalogue.

120 in film

So

Now that the trailer is out for "We still kill the old way" - my machine makes a departure from 27 sec into the trailer.

And that's a G2 tail over the right shoulder of the watchers.

Fame at last. OK, hopefully more in the actual film!

After some time I'm getting back into 120 and I'm amazed at the training manual. What's important is not there, what isn't really, all there in detail.

One can get confused on very basic stuff:

P2 is actually P3
T4 is actually T4,5

Come on, which is which already?!

Anyway, does anybody have Arrius 2F manual available in a pdf - hoping for more reason from Turbomeca itself.

hi everyone, realise this is a very old post, but just wanted to share our experience with the Gen light not going out after start and the generator not coming on line- we had this issue and found it was simply the ball sticking on the back side of the collective head- when you press forward the starter lever on the collective it makes contact with a small black ball switch on the collective head- if that ball switch doesn’t pop back out upon release of the starter lever then the generator remains in starter motor mode and gen won’t come on line.

all you need to do is press/roll the little ball switch with your finger to pop it back out after you’ve started the engine and generator starts. 👍
