Offshore requirements???

Does any offshore operator outside the US hire pilots holding the FAA ATPL(H)? I am looking particularly at operators in Africa and the Middle East like CHC, Schreiner, Bristow, ACN, MHS, Gulfhelicopters, Abu Dhabi Aviation etc. What are their minimum requirements in terms of total time, turbine time, multi engine time, license and type ratings for captain and co pilot positions?
