KLM Crews victim of swinging merger cuts
Very sad to see. Obviously as the junior partner KLM appears to be getting a raw deal from Air France. It seems daily allowances have been cut drastically. A poor destitute crew was observed in a 5 star African hotel to have to resort to filling plastic bottles with left over in flight wines and juices, and sneak them into the bar where they surreptitiously sipped at them and picked at the left over cheese packets as they were unable to afford to buy any drinks. Our hearts go out to them in these difficult days.

Nuts down their undies
Very sad to hear. I was on one flight and the steward was digging deep into his pants. As I watched he was stuffing in-flight peanuts into his undies! When I asked he said they were for a party? Every KLM party I go to now I stay away from the nut bowl.....just in case.
