Has MD pricing begun to firm up?

A police agency on the west coast recently sold under sealed bid two 520n's. Both aircraft have had the equipment relating to police work removed and the interiors and glass were used but serviceable. Excellent maintenance records and maintained in a profession manner by very professional people. The results were as follows

5350 total time aircraft and engine with 1000 hours left on blades, 3,000 left on main transmission. Recently OH rotorhead, 1200 left on mini and 3200 left on full turbine, 900 left on impellar and compressor. No damage history. Engine was a C20R not an R+. 468,000 USD
