R22 - where can I buy??
Sorry if this is a daft question, but haven't got a clue where to look:
Can anybody direct me to where I could possible purchase a reasonably priced second hand R22.

My client in london is selling his in about 6 weeks when his 44 arrives pm me and i will forward details
the A/C currently is 36 hours on the clock for new not rebuild
only reason for sale bought it before he tried the 44, fell in love with the 44 but had the 22 on the pad,
Failing that try
Sloanes at Sywell
Patriot aviation at cranfield
Poss try MW helicopters at Stapleford but i am not sure if the sell 22 but i would think they could piont you in the right direction
Or Look in helidata

There's one in this month's Flyer for about £50k but think it only had about 700hrs before rebuilt...
With the weak $ might be worth considering buying in US...

Mike Smith at HeliAir Wellesbourne sells more Robinsons than anyone in the UK these days. I know a few people who've bought from him (R22 and R44 in one case) and all are very happy.
MW Helicopters???
Martin Wood is Europe's leading Gazelle specialist, and knows his stuff about Squirrels and A109s but I don't think he'd allow an R22 in his hangar.

A good R22 is up for sale thru www.justplanetrading.co.uk: 1,000 hours/7 years to run. I know it well and it's a good ship...bit expensive at £68k but you could always do a deal.
G-UDAY was up for sale recently on e-Bay, 150 hours to run and loads of years. Funnily enough, for sale out of MW helicopters!

I was not sure about MW helicopters but thats Al gwilts area so i should have Guessed as he is a gazelle man. 22 ,s would be banned silly me.
Do Alan Mann or fast deal in 22.s never seen any adverts but you never know
