Question Heliport in Spain

Morning / Afternoon All, depending on where you are!

Does any body know any details of a proposed Heliport near a small rural town called Pedrera, in the region of Sevilla, Spain.

My In-laws moved out there three months ago (lucky B*****S) and are being quizzed by all the locals after reports of an Englishman buying up a sizeable plot of land and getting planning permission to put in a Helipad there. No-one is objecting to it, they're all quite excited at the prospect.

I understood it was very hard to get permission to set up a Helipad in Spain on private land, whether it was intended for private or commercial use. Just after any details that anyone may have. (Oh and by the way, if it is true, any chance of a job?)

Regards,

Paul Curtis.
