Snoop I've Just seen Lu...
...on a National Geographic documentary about the Air Transat glider. Seems a nice enough guy, despite what people say!!

No, this was a different one to the Gimli, which was an Air Canada jet. This one ran out of fuel about 90Nm north of the Azores.

That was the Air Transat one - I would have to check this, but isn't ETOPS approval supposed not to have crossfeed? Looks like the authorities missed something as well if it is.
