AAIB for April 2004
Two significant bulletins this month.
1. AS350 hydraulic problem?
Taking off from a confined area having had to reset the hydraulics test switch a couple of times, commander realises the controls are reverting to manual and manages to set back down - TR damage.
2. Enstrom TR shaft bearing rubbers.
Commander experiences vibration in F-28F - turns out to be perished rubber in number 4 TR shaft bearing. A/c had been stored for some time.
