Instrument chart colours

I am involved in producing some customized instrument procedure charts for an offshore operator. Night operations are common.

Under cockpit night lighting conditions, what paper/print colour works best? I believe yellow paper/black print maybe best, but does anyone else have any ideas?

Black or dark blue on white. This works for any color of light. I've seen people use all colors of lights - red, green, white, blue, you name it, and you need something that works for everything. Black type on white paper is simple and visible under any light.
