Angel Helipad

Can anyone possibly give advise for the following :
What are the ICAO requirements for building a helipad on a private property....ie,measurements and equipment.
It is to be located in IBIZA(SPAIN).....any help is deeply appreciated.

Try "www.bhab.org"; you may be able to down-load useful gen., or you may/will have to speak to the Spanish authorities, plus planners, etc, etc.

My experience would advise you not to say it is a helipad and then use the site to land your aircraft on it after it is built. A nice large Patio for the required barn sounds realistic and has often worked.
