GOLD BARS - need help!

right, so I see many pilots wearing the 4 gold bars on their shoulders from transair, but I also see a few wearing some rather nice gold gold gold looking bars. Where can you buy them from?

If anybody knows, please let me know!

Does that mean that all those old f@rts at EAAC wearing only 2, haven't yet earned theirs? Or is that more of the old British system where the captain gets four, and the rest of you can have four amongst you...?

bars

Bars are for drinking in.

Oh and for criminals to live behind.

Personally I think the bars we wear on our shoulders should be dull and faded from years of experience..... Or rubbed in the dirt as soon as the street cred rookie pilot earns them.
