767 MIP mesurements (hope I am in right area)

Can anyone help me? I am building a home cockpit of a 767-300 and I am really stuck for some measurements. I need the floor to bottom of the MIP, the angle it sits at, how far out from the MIP the MCP sits, and last but not least from the floor to the top of the MCP.

If anyone can help I would really appreicate it. I'll take any measurement in Imperial or metric. Imperial being the one I would really like.

Thanks so much.
Brian

P.S. Anyone know where I could get a Boeing yoke and seats?
