Anyone flown Baku to the Far East?
Hi Guys and Gals
I've just picked up a flight from Baku to Phuket and wondered if anyone has flown a similar route recently?
Looking at it the most direct high altitude airways route Azerbeijan-Turkmenistan-Afganistan-Pakistan-India onwards.
I'm having problems getting the NOTAMS tonight and want to know if there is still a no-fly zone over Kabul and if so which area.
Also are there any other routes across that way.
anyone been to Baku recently? Is it safe for westerners?
