Question Would you want to work for your airline?

I am a Turbo Prop pilot in a regional UK airline looking at where I would like to aim next. PPRUNE has no end of information about bad points of various employers and I know that pilots are notorious for moaning whenever given the chance but I would really like to find out the good things about working fo various airlines. It is easy enough to find out leave and pay type details but what about your day to day life? How many night stops do you get, and are they long enough to look around or merely min rest? Is your roster simply soft strong and thoroughly absorbant or can your plan you life without the 5am day off call from crewing? How about morale and do you talk to the cabin crew? Simply put I would like to know if you would apply to your company if you knew what you do now.
