Look on the CAAs website, there's a complete list. The subject has been discussed so much on the Wannabes forum (where this thread will no doubt get moved to) recently that I won't expand any more on it here...

Take a look at the wannabes' forum. This has been done to death.

Main favourites seem to be Oxford and Bristol. There are many others though

From personal experience I can tell you that Bristol Ground School is Excellent.
I definitely recommend it.
