self sponsored type ratings.
i'm posting this here, as most people who have jobs don't read the wannabes section that often. Has anyone here gotten a job by paying for your own type rating. whether this be on a shed for bac or a 737 for fr or that line training thing that astraeus and the JAC academy are promoting. i know some of you violently disagree with paying for your own type rating, and everyone is entitled to an opinion, but i would like to hear from someone who's actually done it and know either has a job or is back to square one with empty promises.all opinions always welcome though
