Fastest place to get a FW license?

I got a question. Im a helicopter pilot with 5600 hrs living in Sweden. A friend of mine bought a businessjet and he wants me to be a co-pilot. It would take me a long time to get a Com,Instr,ME here in Sweden. It doesnt matter what country I get a license. Since the aircraft is registered in abroud and they will accept almost any license to be converted. My friend would like me to be ready in april/may. I have about 70 hours of FW time (all with an instructor). I know that in many crountrys, half of the time req. to obtain a license, could be done in helicopters. This will be a temporary solution because im planning to convert it to a Swedish license later on. But for now, all im intersted in is getting a license as fast as possible. Any help on the matter would be appeciated, Thanks.
