FAA type rating

Help! Can anyone tell me the various contacts for an FAA office in Europe, (I live in Holland) where I can find out how to achieve an FAA B737 type rating. It used to be in Frankfurt. I've fired off a question to FAA HQ. No reply as yet.

Thank you.

And...just for discussion, how many other governments maintain international field offices of their respective aviation authority so as to help those with licenses or certification issues, outside of their home country?

Answers on a postcard.
