Primus II RMU's
Can anybody lend a hand? I have C560 Ultra equipped with a Primus 1000 avionics suite including Primus II RMU's which are capable of auto tuning VOR's. Does someone know the criteria the RMU's use to select the next VOR? Does it select the next closest or does the VOR have to be in the FMS flight plan? Must it be on your route of flight or are off set VORs selected? Any info would be appreciated.

I believe the system uses the next available VOR, but remember its not a function of the RMU per se, but an FMC function so is also using DME to construct your FMS flight plan. Hope this helps.
