Angry B767-300 Fuel flows

Hi all, as I am a new kid on the block as far as a B767-300 is concerned, I would like to know from tech crew what you use for average fuel figures, mainly for PNR and CP calculations, at say a weight of round 155,000KG and CF6-80C2 engines.
Average 2 eng. TAS and F/F ( Kg/hr )
Average 1 eng. TAS and F/F ( Kg/hr )
Average 2 eng. Dep. 10,000 ft TAS and F/F ( Kg/hr )
Also say a good ball park figure for quick calculations,
eg - 120nm to run at 10Kg/nm = 1200 Kg required
