Airspeed Restriction in Canadian Airspace?

Airspeed Restriction in Canadian Airspace?
I was told that there is a 250 Kt airspeed restriction on descent below 10,000' in Canadian Airspace. I can't find any reference to this. If there is one - could somebody provide the reference.
