Yoke mounted Check list

I received this Yoke check for my birthday ; I believe from memory it is from a B737-200 , but not 100% sure , can someone confirm it ? and what does "CR" stands for ? (PM and PF are are for Pilot monitoring and Flying to perform the verification , correct ?)
thanks in advance ,

At a guess CR stands for Commander.

Very similar to a 737-300 checklist so more than likely a -200 or maybe even a 727.

Or maybe CR for Crew, ie. all in the flight deck.
I don't think 727 as there would be F/E items.

are you guessing or do you have this-as a fact ? You have a reference ?

interestingly yesterday I talked to a friend who flew the early 737-200s with Lufhansa , and he said he never saw these abbreviations , their list was with the answer printed , not who should verify.

Any engineers/mechanics got access to the IPC? There's a Part Number on the placard, should indicate aircraft applicability.

Just a guess, could CR mean critical, so PM and PF both check it?. I am intrigued to know now.

All the items have a challenge and a response so that doesn't make any sense.

Looking at the items with CR, it seems to me that it means "Crew Response" coz these are items where both crew members need to be in agreement.

Really I have no idea but it seems logical.
