Dear Pprune Readers,
I posted this elsewhere in another thread (the 9/11 poll in Rumours), where it likely did not belong, and didn't receive any response so I thought this might be a more appropriate place to post. Please excuse the repeat.
I remember reading something about a pilots' union stating that their members reported feeling like they were being followed and watched in Schiphol by those who appeared to be of 'Middle Eastern' origin and that some crew members had their hotel rooms broken into and their uniforms stolen.
I haven't really heard anything about these incidents since and it's been, if memory serves, atleast a couple of months. Does anyone (pilots or not) know if there is/was any truth to those reports or were they just rubbish?
Lacking any information, I've tended to think the latter but I've been curious about it.
