Frequency allocation

I think at one time there was a list of frequencies and which agencies they were allocated to, be they airfields, danger areas, parachuting, gliding, airways sectors - they were all listed in the AIP. Can anyone point me to the location of a similar list now? I can't find it in the AIP.

Didn't they used to be issued as reference cards with charts?

If not is it this you're looking for, AIP SUPPLEMENT 047/2018
