Balloon Record. Where is the www site?
Largest helium balloon ever made? World altitude record right here in England? Andy Elson and Colin Prescot are going to 25 miles, 132,000 ft from a ship somewhere near Cornwall this summer. But there are delays...
Where is their official website? I can't find it. A flexible launch date will be easy to miss if you are in a hotel somewhere. Any insiders know where to get the info before the BBC makes it history? No doubt it will be cloudy, but pilots as far away as Birmingham, or further should see this one!
(More... but they don't tell you BEFORE its going to happen http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/2192516.stm )

Well, BOUROUGH COUNCIL, before Danny moves the thread, try:

There should be a NOTAM published so that commercial traffic doesn't collect 5 tons of polyethylene on the way out to the Atlantic.
There's a 72 hour countdown, so you should be nearly as well informed as the BBC....
